A Proud Heritage
Established in 1967, Lipa Park is a proud membership-based club committed to celebrating its Slovenian Heritage.
"Dober dan" in Slovenian means "good day". When people meet at Lipa Park they will use "dober dan" to say hello and because they are at Lipa Park, they already know that it is definitely a "dober dan".
Much of Lipa Park's makeup and approach is taken from its Slovenian heritage. While the country of Slovenia is small in geography, it is quite rich in culture. Its people are very friendly, hospitable and always up for a good celebration.
From the start, Lipa Park has always been about bringing good people together to enjoy food, wine, music and dance. This Slovenian social club has hosted many successful events and festivals introducing its food, music and traditions to others. Needless to say, that the open-spit barbequed pig and lamb, freshly baked apple strudel and upbeat polka music are always a big hit!
Just as Slovenia is a beautiful hidden gem in Europe, people are always impressed when they discover and experience Lipa Park for the first time. Guests usually arrive a little curious about what they will find and always leave smiling about what they experience.
